35 Pounds!

Yesterday I weighed in at Weight Watchers and have now lost a total of 35 pounds!

If you Google 35 Pounds, you'll see that other people have lost the same amount of weight, or at least have it as a goal.

What am I doing to loose that weight? What's the big secret? Well I attribute my success to:

Drinking lots of Water
I don't drink much soda any more, anytime that I am thirsty I get some water.

Watch what I eat
Using Weight Watcher's point system its easy to track what you eat. You can still eat at McDonalds and Burger King, but you can't go every day. Don't ever order the supersize meal, no matter how hungry you are! Its not worth it!

Exercise
I don't have a gym membership, yet. Instead, I usually park far away from the shopping center, walk up the stairs at work, and just do a lot more movement than before. Key word is MOVEMENT!

Don't go alone!
Going to Weight Watcher's with someone is a good idea. Its even better if you see them every day. Having someone else along for the ride makes the journey fun and enjoyable.
