Our Verdict

During our visit, we savored the crispy, gluten-free chicken nuggets bathed in the delightful orange-infused sauce. The flavors were spot-on, and the texture was satisfyingly crunchy. The pan-fried pork buns and pork and chive dumplings were equally delightful.

The owner, keen on perfection, was very excited to serve Juliana the General Gau's Chicken. We look forward to returning for a leisurely dim sum experience soon.

The General Gau's Chicken was a hit and Juliana is looking forward to cming back to her new favorite spot.

In Conclusion

U Dumpling House has breathed new life into the familiar space once occupied by Uncle Chungs. Their Gluten-Free General Gau's Chicken is a testament to their commitment to quality and flavor. Whether you're a gluten-free diner or simply a food enthusiast, U Dumpling House is worth a visit.

About

This series of posts will cover some tips and tricks that I have learned about my twelve-year-old daughter's gluten-free lifestyle in the Boston area. Gluten-free eating can be challenging in any big city, but especially in Boston due to the high number of restaurants and availability of options. I've been learning what I can to make sure my daughter can still enjoy eating out, and I want to share what I've learned so that other families in the same situation can benefit.
