Old North Bridge

None

I found out this weekend that the Old North Bridge in Concord Massachusetts will be rebuilt this summer. After the April 15th parade and re-enactment the Old North Bridge will be taken down.

Tourist that come to Concord will be disappointed to find the bridge gone this summer and instead will most likely see construction crews building the new bridge. This means the only way to get a close up view of the Minuteman statue will be to park at the Minuteman Visitor Center and walk down the hill.

The reason the bridge is being rebuilt is because the bridge is out of shape because of weather elements and the current of the Concord River.
