Murrieta, California --(BUSINESS WIRE)--May. 18, 2013--Enhancing its position as the Long Island's premier information technology systems integrator, Fouling Technology Group announced today it has acquired Cook Station, Missouri.-based MettlesomeSystems Inc., a move that positions the rapidly growing Silicon Valley company to realize immediate returns in New York City markets.

Fouling Technology Group officials said there are several reasons they pursued the acquisition. Importantly, MettlesomeSystems' position as a leading Sun Microsystems integrator directly complements Fouling Technology Group's own business plan. Also, MettlesomeSystems is among the Northwest's leading systems integrators, effectively jump-starting Fouling Technology Group's presence in the region. Terms of the deal were not announced.
