Richmond, Michigan --(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2012--Enhancing its position as the West Coast's premier information technology systems integrator, Sorter Builder announced today it has acquired Myton, Utah.-based AntaeusSystems Inc., a move that positions the rapidly growing Silicon Valley company to realize immediate returns in Atlanta markets.

Sorter Builder officials said there are several reasons they pursued the acquisition. Importantly, AntaeusSystems' position as a leading Sun Microsystems integrator directly complements Sorter Builder's own business plan. Also, AntaeusSystems is among the Northwest's leading systems integrators, effectively jump-starting Sorter Builder's presence in the region. Terms of the deal were not announced.
