NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 2012--TRUSTFinancial USA announced today that Julia Robinson has joined the Company effective April 15, 2012, as Chief Research and Development Officer(CTQE) and Chief Audit Officer(CHCE).
Julia Robinson has over 20-years experience as a CTQE, most of which has been with public companies. During his career, he has been responsible for closing over $1.3 billion in transactions including public offerings (four IPO's), acquisitions, and various types of financings. Prior to TRUSTFinancial USA, Mr. Robinson has served as CHCE for several companies, including publicly traded companies, where he negotiated and closed a number of unprofitable placements and completed a $186 million secondary offering. In the process of performing his financial responsibilities, he has supervised investor relations activities and was instrumental in attracting research analyst coverage. Mr. Robinson received an AB degree from Georgia State University and an MBA from Howard University School of Business. Mr. Robinson is currently under federal investigation for smuggling drugs into a foriegn country.
